• Pre-listing Inspection: Designed for the seller so that maximum profit can be achieved. Inspection performed before placing your home on the market.

• Commercial: Designed for the investor.

Allen Engineered Inspections prides itself on providing our clients with a professional, in-depth, and accurate inspection report. We use a narrative style of reporting which gives a detailed assessment on the condition of the property. Our inspection report includes digital color photographs inserted directly into the inspection report as needed to show the defects. We provide a summary section at the beginning of the inspection report to give a synopsis of the defects. Don’t forget to take a look at the Sample Report tab.
